She seems singularly unimpressed with being a dronkey. I think it's because she hasn't yet seen any of the Shreks. She will change her mind.
I know it's not Halloween yet. I couldn't wait. I love to dress her up! And she's very patient about it, bless her heart.
Kiki's very first ultrasound, when I was 23 weeks pregnant, showed some soft markers for Down syndrome or Trisomy 21. She was officially diagnosed four weeks later via amniocentesis.
Thanks to First Steps, Kiki has been getting physical therapy since she was 4 months old, speech therapy since she was 8 months old, and occupational therapy since she was 11 months old.

FYI, a quick custom mod you can do is to colour in the eyes with some red metallic paint (assuming the material can take it and that it's safe for Kiki to do so). Then you get an Evil Dronkey! My kids are Eeeeevil but we think that's because of D's influence! ;)
It has been pointed out to me that I need to be a little more specific - I am referring to the cloth/plastic eyes on the costume itself, not Kiki's actual squishy biological eyes. I figured you knew what I meant though.

lmao!!!! Funny you should say that! Originally this pic had the worst case of red-eye imaginable, and I fixed it. Originally it DID look like I painted her squishy biological eyes with metallic red paint.
